SLUG VS. UNSANE (varias cuestiones)

En ChainaRecords han subido mi disco favorito de Unsane, “Scattered, Smothered and Covered”.

Por su parte, el split que los de New York compartieron con otro de los grupos de cabecera en Frog2000, Slug, ha sido posteado el año pasado en BlogTheJerk.

También en el indispensable Shiny Grey Monotone están apareciendo varias rarezas difíciles de conseguir: desde Endangered Species, un box set cargado de singles en el que Unsane participaron con su versión del “Four Sticks” de Led Zeppelin hasta las terceras Peel Sessions que grabó el grupo (las dos primeras sesiones están recogidas en un CD ya descatalogado, aunque al rescate acudió SteakandBlackOnions). Otro single de corta tirada fue “Rubberape” de Slug, aquí se puede descargar.

Para terminar, el CD “Amrep Christmas”, con Unsane atronando en directo en el club Turf de Saint Paul, Minnesota, se puede encontrar en Gastaum.
